Here's where we give a big shout out to those of you who have been out raising money for Redwings – sometimes in very unusual ways!
Fundraising ideas?
From quizzes to marathons, there are many ways you can support the work of Redwings Horse Sanctuary. Here are some examples of different ideas but please do let us know your own tried and tested ways!
- Hold an event at home; in the community or in school, for example cake sales, non-uniform days or quizzes
- Do a sponsored event or challenge, for example a bike ride or sponsored silence or car wash
- Football tournament, face painting
- Recycle your used mobile phone or print cartridge
- Ask for a free pin-badge collection kit
- Have one of our money boxes to fill

Here are just a few of our Fab Fundraisers. Keep up the great support!

A big well done to Lauryn Elliot who took part in a 2km race in June and asked her family and friends to sponsor her. Lauryn raised a wonderful £59 for Redwings. Lauryn ran the race in just 11 minutes and 39 seconds and came 91st out of 159 runners in the under 16 years category. What an achievement. Well done and thank you from everyone here at Redwings. Lauryn is a massive fan of Finnegan one of our adoption star, I am sure Finnegan would be very proud!

Well done to the 1st IVER Brownies who collected an excellent £67.23 in the Redwings Collection boxes. Thank you very much for your efforts and thank you for the great picture! Keep up the good work and Thank you from everyone here at Redwings!

A huge well done to Phoebe from Norfolk (pictured left) who raised a brilliant £25 for Redwings by spending two days cleaning her house, brushing the dog, helping at the stables, helping her grandparents, brushing five ponies and mucking out 16 stables - phew! Thanks for all your hard work Phoebe and to everyone who sponsored you on behalf of Redwings.

A big Thank you and well done to Reece Durrant who is a continued fundraiser for Redwings. Reece holds small competitions and fundraising events at school and at his ongoing Fundraising Lunchon Club. Reece sells Rosette Badges and saves his loose change in our collection boxes. Reece, who lives near our Caldecott Visitor Centre in Norfolk, often spends many a happy day with his beloved adoption pony - little Sampson. Thank you for all your hard work from everyone here at Redwings.

A huge thank you to Katie Drummond who worked very hard to raise £84. Katy had a party where all her friends came around and she did a raffle and a tombola which went very well.
